My name is Neill Beren and I am a Realtor with Realty Associates in Boca Raton, Florida. I have been in the business since 2005 and have enjoyed success working with both buyers and sellers. I work mostly from referrals and internet leads but in an effort to increase my business I have decided that it's time someone painted an accurate picture of what it takes to buy and sell a home. Most of the uninformed public believes this is an easy process. Well, let me tell you it is not. Just putting a sign in the yard, an ad in the paper and waiting for offers to pour in is a recipe for disaster.
